Celebrate the beginning of crab season! Dungeness crab season holds a special place for those of us fortunate enough to live in Oregon & Washington. Known the world over for its wonderful texture and buttery flavor we think it’s a great time for a gathering of friends and family to enjoy this bounty of delicious food available locally.
Join us in the winery barrel room with Chef Paul Stanislaw of Alchemy NW Catering for this delicious Pacific NW Dungeness crab boil. Along with amazing Anne Amie wines, dinner includes Dungeness Crab, (1 crab per person) Salt Springs Mussels, EZ Peel Shrimp, Sausage, Red Skin Baby Potatoes, and Corn on the Cob. Sides include Jalapeño & Chicharrones Corn Bread, Mixed Green Salad, and Meyer Lemon Pudding Cake with Vanilla Whipped Cream!
