For the first time in more than 30 years, a total solar eclipse will touch the continental United States this summer, and the Willamette Valley is one of the best places in the country to view this rare event. Our property, at the top of the rolling hills overlooking Yamhill-Carlton District, will provide a perfect location to take in the eclipse on Monday, August 21st.

To give guests plenty of time to get comfortable before the start of the eclipse, we’ll be opening our doors at 8:00am. Partial phase will begin at 9:06am, and 99.998% obscuration will occur at 10:18am.

Guests have three reservation options:

Wine Club Picnic Package (for 2) – $45
A Wine Club member exclusive, our Wine Club Picnic Package includes entry for 2 guests and a collectible picnic basket with everything you need to enjoy this once in a generation event. Baskets include 2 pairs of solar glasses, 2 Anne Amie Vineyards GoVino wine glasses, 1 chilled bottle of 2013 Marilyn Brut Rosé, cheese, and salami.

Picnic Package (for 2) – $45
Our Picnic Package is perfect for couples. You receive entry for 2 guests, and a collectible picnic basket with everything you need to enjoy this once in a generation event. Baskets include 2 pairs of solar glasses, 2 Anne Amie Vineyards GoVino wine glasses, 1 chilled bottle of our Cuvée A Amrita white blend, cheese, and salami.

View Package (for 1) – $30
Our View Package includes entry for 1 guest, 1 pair of solar glasses, and 1 Anne Amie Vineyards GoVino wine glass.

Back by popular demand, Sun Sets @ Anne Amie is returning for a fourth straight year!

We’re excited to once again offer guests the opportunity to bring a picnic dinner and take in the most stunning view in the valley. Similar to past years, we’ll provide the music to accompany your dinner, and we’ll also be partnering with Dough On The Go who will be bringing out their woodfired brick pizza oven and selling pies.

On July 22^nd Anne Amie Vineyards will be partnering with the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry to host our second annual stargazing event, Planets & Pinot. That evening OMSI will be setting up several of their most powerful mobile telescopes, and guests will have the opportunity to gaze at planets, stars and other celestial sights while enjoying Anne Amie Vineyards wines.

For those interested in purchasing dinner, Dough On The Go will be bringing out their wood fired brick oven, and selling pizzas. Wine will be available for purchase in our tasting room.

Then at 9:15pm OMSI volunteers will lead a presentation priming guests on what will be visible in the night sky, and the telescopes will open shortly thereafter.

Best of all, the event is free to all! So whether you’re from Mars or Venus, we hope that you’ll join us for what promises to be an amazing evening under the stars.

Join us on Thursday, May 4, 2017, beginning at 6pm for our Spring Wine Dinner featuring winemaker, Thomas Houseman from Anne Amie Vineyards. We will offer a Five Course meal along with their terrific wines. Menu & price will be determined soon, but if you like Oregon Wines and in particular Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc (Pinot to the third power) and special wines brought in for this dinner! You won’t want to miss this event.
