Back by popular demand, Sun Sets @ Anne Amie is returning for a fifth straight year! We’re excited to once again offer guests the opportunity to enjoy a picnic dinner while taking in the most stunning view in the valley.

DJ Mike Willison will provide the music sets to accompany your sunset picnic. For those interested in purchasing dinner, La Cubanita will be selling Mexican food.

Join us on Saturday, August 25th for a time-honored Anne Amie tradition, our annual Summer Winemaker’s Dinner. This year we’re doing things a little differently and setting up the table in our backyard vineyard. It’s going to be a spectacular setting, and we cannot wait!

As is tradition, the meal will be seafood focused. This year we’re excited to partner with our friends at Ember & Vine who will be preparing a traditional Oregon salmon bake!

We’re excited to welcome two friends of Anne Amie as featured wineries this year. The proprietors of both Leah Jorgensen Cellars and Nemarniki Vineyard are veterans of the 2009 harvest here at Anne Amie Vineyards and we’re looking forward to including some of their delicious wines at the table.

Come join fellow wine club members and the whole Anne Amie crew for a night of delicious food, music, a bonfire, sunset views and amazing wine!

Ages: 21+ only event

Food: Mike Delaney from Meriwether’s Restaurant in Portland

Wine: We provide the meal and entertainment. All of our wines are available for purchase by the bottle with your wine club discount during the event.

Music: Local Singer-Songwriter Chris Hayes

Dress: Casual dress with layers is recommended. Early evening can be very warm with cooler temperatures later in the evening. High heels are not recommended.

Other: Please no dogs.

Guest Policy

Each club membership entitles you to two complimentary entries (yourself+1). Up to 2 additional tickets can be added to your reservation (for a total party of 4) at $25 per guest. Guest fees with be charged to your account on Tuesday, August 14th and are non-refundable.

This is a popular event and we do need to limit the number of non-members in order to accommodate all wine club members who wish to attend. If you have more than 2 guests interested in coming to the event, they will be placed on a wait list until the week before the event when we know how many spots we have left. The spots will be given in the order they were received.

Please select one of the following time slots during which to arrive by August 9th. Reservations will be accepted in the order received until the window is full.

5:00PM Arrival – First wave of dinner service

5:45PM Arrival – Second wave of dinner service

6:30PM Arrival – Third wave of dinner service

Following the final wave, we will open up the dinner service for everyone to enjoy seconds.

Shortly before sunset the bonfire will be lit, with s’mores to follow. The event ends promptly at 9:00PM.

On August 10th Anne Amie Vineyards will be partnering with the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry to host our third annual stargazing event, Planets & Pinot. That evening OMSI will be setting up several of their most powerful mobile telescopes, and guests will have the opportunity to gaze at planets, stars and other celestial sights while enjoying Anne Amie Vineyards wines.

For those interested in purchasing dinner, Dough On The Go will be bringing out their wood fired brick oven, and selling pizzas. Wine will be available for purchase in our tasting room. Then at 8:45pm OMSI volunteers will lead a presentation priming guests on what will be visible in the night sky, and the telescopes will open shortly thereafter.

Due to high demand, general public guests will be charged $15 to attend this year’s event. Minors and Wine Club members are welcome free of charge!
